1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup freshly squeezed lime juice (4 limes)
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp cumin
1 tbsp chile powder( I used New Mexico)

Black Pepper
3 cups Maseca (instant corn masa flour)
2-2 1/2 cups warm water
3 tbsp lard, shortening or oil
1/2 tsp baking powder
