Chocolate Chip Crumb Cake


Fold in the chocolate chips. Transfer the batter to a prepared pan (I use a 9×5″ loaf pan). Sprinkle the crumb topping over the top of the cake batter. Bake the crumb cake for 50 to 60 minutes at 350°F. As soon as you take it out of the oven, sprinkle more chocolate chips over the top. Make the Cake: Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Spray an 8x4-inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray and line with parchment paper; allow excess to overhang edges of pan. Using an electric mixer on low speed, mix the flour, sugar, baking soda and salt to combine.


Butter the parchment then lay it into the buttered bottom (butter side up) with the sides folding up and over each edge. These will act as handles to remove the baked cake. HOW TO MAKE EASY CHOCOLATE CHIP MUFFINS: Preheat the oven to 425°F. Using a jumbo muffin tin, line 6 sections with jumbo liners or spray the tin with baking spray, and set aside. In a medium-sized bowl, stir together the flour, baking powder, and salt, set aside. In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, granulated sugar, and light.


For Cake. Add the butter and sugar to the bowl of your mixer and mix well combined. Add the eggs, vanilla extract and yogurt to the bowl and continue mixing until light and fluffy, should take about 2 minutes. In another bowl combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.


Making the Cake: In a medium bowl, whisk together the gluten free flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt (photo 5).Set aside. In a large bowl, beat the butter, sugar, and vanilla together until creamy (photo 6). Add eggs, one at a time, and beat well after each addition (photo 7). Beat in the flour mixture in two portions, then beat in the sour cream (photos 8 & 9).


Instructions. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch pan with cooking spray. Add almond extract to the cherry pie filling (I put it in the can and gave it a little stir), then spread the cherry pie filling over the bottom of the prepared pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over the fruit.


Preheat your oven to 300 degrees F. Spray three 8-inch round cake pans with nonstick spray, line the bottoms with parchment paper and spray again. Set aside. Combine the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, and salt in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment and paddle on low speed until mixed.
